Friends of Noah is a foster-based dog and cat rescue located in South Central Wisconsin. More than a rescue, Friends of Noah strives to change the conditions that lead to pet homelessness through our in-house programs. The Friends of Noah CAFE Program works with local food pantries to supply pet food to families in need. Noah’s Animal Fund provides financial assistance to qualified families whose pets are in medical crisis.
